Downloading dashboards

If your organization’s Allow user color scheme setting is enabled, the download renders in the color scheme (light or dark) you were viewing when you downloaded it. Otherwise, the download uses the organization’s default color scheme.

Format	n/a	The format (file type) for the download. Includes PDF, PNG, XLSX, and CSV. For CSV, a ZIP folder will be created that contains a CSV for each tile on the dashboard. For dashboards or tiles with subtotal or grand total rows, XLSX and CSV downloads label one dimension cell in each totals row with Total.
Paper size	PDF	Defines the paper format (size) of the resulting PDF
Expand scrollable content	PDF, PNG	For table visualizations, include up to 1,000 rows in the results. For AI summary tiles, show the full summary text. Also available with the Fit page to dashboard paper size: instead of adding pages, the page grows to fit the expanded content. If the resulting page would be taller than 60,000px, the download fails with a message to choose a different paper size or turn off expanded content.

Timezone override	All	Override the query timezone for the download. The picker pre-populates from your current timezone selection if the timezone picker is enabled.
Pages	All	Applicable only to dashboards with multiple pages. Select the page(s) to include in the download. Note: PNGs can only include one page. You’ll need to create multiple deliveries to output a PNG for each page.
