The domain allowlist feature allows you to restrict email deliveries to specific email domains only. When configured, Omni will only send deliveries to recipients whose email addresses match one of the allowed domains. This is especially useful for maintaining control over where organizational data can be sent.

Requirements

Organization Admin permissions are required to configure the domain allowlist.

Adding domains to the allowlist

You can configure up to 10 domains in the allowlist.
To configure allowed email domains:
1
Click Settings > Deliveries > Email tab.
2
In the Domain allowlist section, enter the domains you want to allow (for example, example.com).As you add domains, Omni displays a real-time Impact on existing schedules preview showing which schedules would be affected by the current allowlist configuration.
3
Review the impact preview. If any schedules would be blocked by the current allowlist, the Save allowlist button will be disabled. You’ll need to either add more domains to accommodate those schedules or update the affected schedules first.
4
Once all existing schedules are compatible with your allowlist, click Save allowlist.

Clearing the allowlist

To remove all domain restrictions and allow deliveries to any email address:
1
Click Settings > Deliveries > Email tab.
2
In the Domain allowlist section, click Clear allowlist.
3
When prompted, confirm the change.
