To manage the users in your embed instance, navigate to Settings > Users > Embed tab. The embed users list displays each user’s external ID along with their host (extracted from the email domain) to help you distinguish between users with the same external ID on different hosts. Hover over the user you want to manage and click the Manage button that appears.

Impersonating embed users

Just like standard Omni users, Organization Admins can impersonate embed users. This feature is useful for testing or troubleshooting user permissions, such as Access Grants or content visibility.
