The Omni API allows 60 requests per minute per API key. When you exceed this limit, the API returns a 429 Too Many Requests response. If you hit the limit, we recommend implementing retry logic with exponential backoff. You can also use multiple API keys to distribute requests and increase total throughput.
Need higher limits?

You can request an increase to 500 requests per minute for your instance. This applies to all /api/* endpoints except Embed Login URL generation. Contact Omni Support to discuss your requirements.
