By default, the sidebar in Omni includes the following pages. Your navigation options may appear differently if your organization uses a custom sidebar or some features — like AI routines — aren’t enabled.

Home

Curated or frequently viewed content in your organization.

Omni Agent

Chat with the Omni Agent — ask questions, generate queries and visualizations, create dashboards and apps, and more.

Routines

Schedule recurring AI-powered tasks to run automatically on your data.

Skills

Save a set of AI instructions and run it by name — for standardized reports, guided lookups, and data quality checks.

Favorites

Access content you’ve added to your favorites. Click the icon on the content itself or in any of the content lists in Omni to add it to your favorites.

My documents

Access content you’ve created in Omni. To make this content available to other users, you’ll need to share it with them. This item is visible if the Allow personal content setting is enabled in your organization.

Activity

Find and return to content you’ve recently worked on in Omni.

Hub

Access content shared with your Omni organization.

Shared with me

Content that has been directly shared with you, as well as personal content shared with the entire organization. Click a folder to access the documents and subfolders you have access to.

All

All content in your organization that you have permission to access.

Trash

Your organization’s archived content. While content is never permanently deleted, content archived longer ago than the organization’s Trash visibility window setting will be hidden in the trash.

AI Hub

Manage AI features and track usage in your organization. Requires Organization Admin permissions.

Analytics

Details about how your organization uses Omni, product updates, and information about experimental and beta features. Requires Organization Admin permissions.

Develop

Open the model IDE to build and manage your organization’s data model. Requires Organization Admin permissions or a model role with IDE access.

Settings

Configure organization-wide settings, such as authentication, apps, and a custom sidebar. Most pages require Organization Admin permissions.
