## Visualization Layers Aggregation

*`Rob Miller · Visualization`*

Rob walks through a fix for the "aggregate on aggregate" problem in Layers, where averaging pre-aggregated values produced jagged lines. Shows how the viz now automatically detects the query shape and requests the right grain for subtotals, pivots, and trellised charts.

## Input Columns App

*`Nathan Agrin · Apps AI`*

Demo of a new app built with editable input columns — a Boolean security-training field that persists across refreshes and syncs with the underlying workbook query. Requires manually adding the input column to the query for now; app-side creation is still pending.

## Python In Omni

*`Jonathan Swenson · Python`*

Early prototype of running Python directly inside Omni via an AI agent. Shows queries being generated, Python code executed against the results, and a discussion of sandboxing constraints (limited libraries, restricted network access) needed before it ships.

## Toast Hover Actions

*`Luke Bowerman · UX`*

Small UX improvement to toast notifications in the internal Storybook — hovering reveals a copy icon to grab the toast message, and hovering also pauses the auto-dismiss timer.

## User Content Sharing To The Organization

*`Luke Bowerman · Administration Content Management`*

Demo of sharing a folder or document from My Documents to the entire org, plus a look at the "Share with Me" view and the underlying virtual spaces infrastructure that will allow multiple hubs later this year.

## Required Filter Tiles

*`Luke Bowerman · Dashboards`*

Shows an upcoming change to how required filters affect other tiles on a dashboard — tiles not tied to the required filter's filter map will now still run instead of being blocked.

## Dashboard Stop Queries Button

*`Luke Bowerman · Dashboards`*

New "stop queries" control for dashboards with long-running or runaway queries, including a footer shortcut and behavior when auto-refresh is enabled.

## Content Version History

*`Luke Bowerman · Content Management`*

New consolidated version history view that merges the previously separate workbook change history and draft history into one place, with filtering by draft/published/archived/type. Coming to dashboards and apps shortly after workbooks.

## Granular App Permissions

*`Meredith Dodge · Administration`*

Demo of granular model permissions that let admins restrict a user's ability to edit or create apps while still allowing dashboard/workbook edits — aimed at embed customers who want end users to view apps without modifying them.

## Groups Tab Quality Of Life

*`Meredith Dodge · Administration`*

Quick addition of a Groups tab on the Users page, letting admins add or remove a user from multiple groups directly with a confirmation dialog (bulk removal still requires the API).

## API Calling From Apps

*`Dylan Israel · Apps AI`*

Dylan demos early infrastructure for calling external APIs from within Omni apps, including backend-handled authentication and a Blobby-assisted flow for confirming and triggering an update call.

## dbt Health Notification

*`Buck Ryan · dbt`*

The old dbt health indicator is replaced with a notification bubble on the dbt IDE tab that surfaces file-matching issues and lets you distinguish real mismatches from ignorable warnings.

## Run Query MCP Tool

*`Gustav Staprans · AI MCP`*

New "Run Query" MCP tool that lets AI-generated queries be re-executed on demand without persisting them as a dashboard or workbook — useful for repeatedly refreshing data in external tools like Claude artifacts.

## XLOOKUP SQL Tabs

*`Steven Talbot · Workbook SQL`*

Demo of Xlookups working between raw SQL tabs, query tabs, and now cross-model ("foreign") tabs, including how the switch-model tool resolves the right model automatically and current row-limit constraints.

## Custom Calendar (Retail Calendars)

*`Steven Talbot · Modeling Calendars`*

Experimental support for custom calendar dimensions that remap real dates to a fiscal or retail calendar via a join, plus discussion of extending the idea to custom hierarchies and multi-tenant embed use cases.

## AI BYOK Model Updates

*`Oliver Chang · AI BYOK`*

Updates on Bring-Your-Own-Key model support: a dashboard-editing crash fix for Kimi K3, OpenAI models now working via the Response API, and accuracy benchmarking showing a faster, cheaper tier scoring 50% on a hard prompt set.

## Navigation AI In Workbook

*`Gustav Staprans · AI`*

Demo of new navigation AI in Workbook that lets the AI switch tabs, inspect other tabs' charts, and decide whether to update the current tab or a different one — unlocking cross-tab edits like recoloring a chart on a tab you're not viewing.
