## Dashboard Tabs & Reordering

## Time Zone Overrides

A new content permission lets viewers switch time zones directly on dashboards and workbooks via a time zone picker. The selected time zone can be pinned in a shared URL so recipients see consistent data regardless of their local settings.
## Always Scope View Names

A new connection setting that fully scopes view names with their catalog, reducing ambiguity when working with multi-catalog databases or shared models with different default catalogs. Will be the default for newly created connections going forward.
## Refresh Schema Permissions for Modelers

Modelers can now refresh schema without needing connection admin rights — automatically granted when there's only one shared model under a connection. A stepping stone toward making refresh schema a fully granular permission.
## dbt Docs Update
