# Allowlisting Omni's IP addresses

> Find the static IP addresses for your Omni environment and configure your firewall or allowlist for secure database connections.

By default, outgoing database connections from Omni originate from a set list of IP addresses per environment.

## Locating Omni's IP addresses

Omni's IP addresses can be found on an individual connection's page, accessed by navigating to **Settings > Connections** and clicking a connection.

## Restricting connection access

In some cases, access to a [database](/connect-data), [SFTP server](/share/deliveries/sftp), or even [webhooks](/share/deliveries/webhooks) can be configured to allow access only from specific IP addresses. This is called an **allowlist**.

If you choose to limit access in this way, make sure that all of Omni's IP addresses are included in the allowlist.
